CANDIDATE REGISTRATION AND LOGBOOK

 

In terms of section 18(3) of Act No. 48 of 2000, you are required to work under the tutelage of a Registered Construction Health and Safety professional in a higher registered category.

Council further wishes to advise you that you will need to keep and maintain a logbook for the duration of your candidature period. The log book must be endorsed by your mentor / Registered person and submitted for assessment annually and/or at the end of your candidature period.

On successful assessment of all deliverables, you will be invited to attend the Construction Health and Safety Examination or Construction Health and Safety Professional Interview.

As indicated in the log book guidelines (Annexure E), you are required to submit deliverables with the log book submission. These deliverables are provided in the assessment outcome letter.
