Revised Continuing Professional Development Policy in terms of Section 13 (k) and 36 of the Project and Construction Management Professions Act, 2000 (Act No 48 of 2000)

Written comments and inputs are invited by the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions from all Voluntary Associations, and persons and/or industry on the Revised Continuing Professional Development Policy.

The SACPCMP is empowered in terms of section 36 of the Project and Construction Professions Act (Act No 48 of 2000) to determine the Continuing Professional Development Policy for its registered persons, as contemplated in section 13 (k) of the Act
