admin2025-07-30T15:18:59+00:00Rules for Registration: Limited Special Dispensation for Applicants and Registered Persons The SACPCMP has implemented a Limited Special Dispensation in relation to the SACPCMP Rules of Registration - The purpose is to exempt applicants and registrants under the Project and Construction Management Professions Act 48 of 2000 from specific qualifications and competency requirements in the Rules for Registration as part of the Limited Special Dispensation. The regulations will come into effect on 01 August 2025 following publication of the associated gazette notice. Download

According to Section 1 (xiv) of the Act, registration is defined as assessment of competency of applicants for the purpose of registration under the Act and entering the names of the applicants who qualify into a register.
